Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorships are available at the following levels (benefits are cumulative and include those of the preceding giving level):

Guarantor ($10,000): Recognition in all media outlets (as donated space/time allow).

Benefactor ($7,500): Top billing on program logo page and on website; opportunity to set up booth at all concerts; brief presentation by company representative at all concerts; named title sponsor for one concert (as season schedule allows).

Patron ($6,000): Named concert sponsor for one program (as season schedule allows); inclusion in broadcast spots (as time allows); opportunity to set up booth at your sponsored concert; assistance with organizing a picnic prior to your concert for your employees and/or customers (food extra); exclusivity as only sponsoring company of your type for season.

Bandmaster ($2,500): Logo on back of season concert programs; inclusion in print advertising and press releases (as space allows); logo on our web site with link to yours for the season.

Drum major ($1,000): Verbal recognition from emcee at all concerts; company name on our web site; opportunity to display banner at concerts.

Friend ($25): Inclusion in special thanks program listing for season; entry in the Best Seat in the House contest for Movie Night concert

Program Advertising

Coupon sponsorship ($500): Up to six sponsors can have coupons/ads printed on our program all season.
